We design and build plastic injection, die-casting, rubber and stamping moulds — and run our own injection shop. With 24 machines in-house and direct factory pricing, we take your project from a 3D model to finished, inspected parts delivered anywhere in the world.
You don't have to be in China. The whole project runs remotely — in English, with photos and video at every milestone, and goods shipped from Tianjin Port to your door.

We reply in English with a moldability report — wall thickness, draft, undercuts, gate position — plus mould and part price, lead time and shipping options.
Mould layout, 3D and 2D assembly drawings sent for your approval. Changes discussed on a video call or over chat, in your time zone.
We build the tool and courier T1 samples to you (DHL / FedEx), with photos, video and a measurement report before you approve.
Mass production and assembly run in our Jinnan plant. You get progress photos, video and inspection data — no need to fly over. Third-party inspection is welcome.

Shan Di Mould was founded in March 2011 in Tianjin, a major port city in northern China. Good highways, a nearby seaport and quick air freight keep logistics fast and inexpensive — for us and for our customers.
We are a design-and-build mould company: plastic injection moulds, die-casting moulds, rubber moulds, stamping dies and magnesium-alloy trimming dies. Because we also run our own injection shop, we deliver a full one-stop service — product development, mould manufacturing and molded plastic parts — without passing your project between suppliers.
In 2015 we moved into a new 1,500 m² plant in Jinnan District, Tianjin, equipped with CNC machining, EDM, grinding, laser welding and a full set of inspection equipment. We work in a CAD / CAM / CAE workflow using UG (NX) 10.0, Pro/E and AutoCAD, which shortens lead times and keeps quality predictable.
We work with overseas customers the way we work with the ones next door: English documentation, quick answers and a named contact who owns your project from quotation to shipment. Tooling, trial and mass production run in our own plant, so your cost stays at factory level.
